  • Platform License: By publishing content on AWBM, innovators grant Anyworks Global Private Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, promote, index, and distribute such content solely for operating, marketing, and improving the AWBM platform. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property remains with the rightful owner.
  • Confidential Information: Innovators should avoid publicly disclosing confidential information, trade secrets, source code, proprietary algorithms, manufacturing processes, or other sensitive information unless they choose to do so. AWBM provides visibility tools but cannot guarantee complete confidentiality of publicly shared content.
  • Private Sharing: Where supported by the platform, confidential documents, technical information, or project materials may be shared through controlled access features, private workspaces, or confidentiality agreements accepted by the participating parties.
  • Non-Disclosure Agreements: AWBM may provide NDA templates, digital agreement workflows, or confidentiality features for eligible interactions. Unless expressly agreed by the participating parties, AWBM does not automatically impose confidentiality obligations on users.
  • Respect for Intellectual Property: Users shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, misuse, or commercially exploit another user's intellectual property without appropriate authorization or applicable legal rights.
  • Commercial Negotiations: Licensing, investment, acquisition, manufacturing, commercialization, revenue sharing, equity participation, or other commercial arrangements remain the responsibility of the participating parties unless AWBM is expressly identified as a contracting party.
  • Reporting Infringement: Users who believe their intellectual property rights have been infringed may submit a detailed complaint through AWBM's official support channels. AWBM reserves the right to investigate and remove content where appropriate.
  • No Legal Advice: AWBM does not provide legal, patent, trademark, copyright, or intellectual property advisory services. Users are encouraged to obtain independent professional advice before publicly disclosing valuable innovations or entering commercial agreements.

Investor Engagement & Funding Policy

  • Platform Role: AWBM serves as a technology platform that facilitates discovery, communication, collaboration, meetings, and potential funding opportunities between innovators, startups, businesses, institutions, and investors. AWBM is not a registered investment advisor, broker, merchant banker, portfolio manager, or financial institution.
  • Investor Due Diligence: Investors are solely responsible for conducting their own commercial, legal, financial, technical, and intellectual property due diligence before making any investment, funding commitment, acquisition, partnership, or business decision.
  • Meeting & Connection Services: Where enabled, investors may use platform features such as connection requests, meeting credits, paid consultations, virtual sessions, or other engagement services. The applicable terms, pricing, validity, and restoration rules will be displayed at the time of purchase or booking.
  • Funding & Milestone Management: AWBM may provide milestone planning, payment scheduling, escrow facilities, funding management, or related transaction services for eligible projects. The applicable commercial terms shall be agreed between the participating parties and governed by the relevant transaction agreement.
  • Platform Fees: AWBM may charge service fees, platform commissions, transaction fees, escrow management charges, payment gateway fees, or other applicable charges for services provided through the platform. Applicable fees will be disclosed before confirmation of the relevant transaction.
  • No Investment Guarantee: Listing a project, startup, innovation, or business opportunity on AWBM does not constitute a public securities offering, investment solicitation, or guarantee of funding, commercial success, profitability, or financial returns.
  • Independent Agreements: Any investment, acquisition, licensing, joint venture, partnership, or commercial agreement entered into between users remains solely the responsibility of the participating parties unless AWBM is expressly identified as a contracting party.
  • Dispute Assistance: Where payment protection or milestone management services are provided, AWBM may assist in reviewing supporting documentation to facilitate platform administration. Such assistance shall not constitute arbitration, legal advice, or a judicial determination.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Users participating in investment or funding activities are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, taxation requirements, foreign exchange rules, securities laws, and contractual obligations in their respective jurisdictions.

Ambassador, Affiliate & Referral Policy

  • Brand Usage: The Anyworks and AWBM names, logos, trademarks, marketing materials, and other brand assets may only be used in accordance with official brand guidelines or with prior written authorization.
  • Verification & Payments: Rewards may require identity verification, compliance review, and completion of the applicable payout threshold before withdrawal or payment processing.
  • Program Changes: AWBM may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue ambassador programs, referral structures, commission rates, qualification criteria, or incentive models at any time.
  • Policy Violations: AWBM reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel rewards and suspend or terminate participation where fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or policy-violating activities are detected.

Payment Gateway & Transaction Terms

AWBM processes payments through authorized payment gateway providers. Anyworks Global Private Limited does not store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, internet banking passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials.

  • Payment Processing: Payments made on AWBM are processed through authorized third-party payment gateway providers using secure payment infrastructure.

  • Transaction Verification: AWBM may verify transactions, temporarily hold payments, or request additional information to prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, or resolve payment disputes.
  • Refunds & Reversals: Refunds, reversals, or payment adjustments shall be governed by AWBM's Refund & Cancellation Policy and may depend on the transaction type, milestone status, payment provider policies, and applicable laws.
  • Dispute Resolution: Where a dispute arises regarding milestone completion or payment obligations, AWBM may temporarily hold the disputed amount while conducting a review based on the evidence submitted by the participating parties.   • Fraud & Chargebacks: Fraudulent transactions, payment abuse, unauthorized payment methods, or abusive chargebacks may result in payment holds, account suspension, recovery proceedings, and reporting to the relevant financial or legal authorities where appropriate.
  • Policy Updates: AWBM may introduce, modify, or discontinue payment methods, escrow services, milestone functionality, transaction limits, or payment procedures as the platform evolves.

AWBM User Guidelines

  • Professional Conduct: Users are expected to maintain respectful, ethical, and professional behavior while interacting with other members, organizations, investors, startups, businesses, educational institutions, and platform administrators.
  • Independent Participation: Participation on AWBM does not create an employer-employee, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint venture relationship between users and Anyworks Global Private Limited. Users operate independently and are solely responsible for their activities.
  • Accurate Information: Users must provide truthful, current, and complete information in their profiles, business pages, innovations, projects, job postings, investment opportunities, and other platform submissions.
  • Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities performed through their account. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported immediately.
  • Respect Intellectual Property: Users should only upload content, innovations, documents, images, videos, trademarks, or other materials that they own or are legally authorized to use.
  • Responsible Promotion: Users may promote their innovations, businesses, projects, products, services, or opportunities responsibly. Spam, mass unsolicited messaging, misleading promotions, fake engagement, or excessive self-promotion that disrupts the community is prohibited.
  • Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in fraud, impersonation, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, illegal activities, malware distribution, phishing, unauthorized data collection, platform manipulation, or any conduct that may harm other users or the platform.
  • Compliance with Laws: Users are responsible for ensuring that their activities on AWBM comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
  • Reporting Violations: Users are encouraged to report content, accounts, or activities that violate these guidelines or applicable laws through AWBM's official support channels.
  • Enforcement: AWBM may remove content, restrict platform features, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or other applicable platform policies.

Payment Security & Fraud Prevention

AWBM and Anyworks Global Private Limited will never ask you to pay registration fees, activation charges, security deposits, or share your OTP, passwords, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credentials through phone calls, emails, messages, or social media.
