User Responsibility: Users are responsible for ensuring that all content they upload, publish, or share on AWBM, including innovations, projects, documents, software, images, videos, trademarks, logos, business materials, and other content, does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Respect for Intellectual Property: Users shall not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit another person's intellectual property without appropriate authorization or other applicable legal rights.
Platform Role: AWBM provides a digital platform for publishing and discovering user-generated content. Anyworks Global Private Limited does not claim ownership of user-submitted intellectual property and is not responsible for independently verifying the ownership, originality, or legality of every submission.
Misrepresentation: Users must not make false claims regarding ownership, patents, copyrights, trademarks, technical capabilities, certifications, qualifications, or commercial rights relating to any content published on the platform.
Notice & Takedown: If AWBM receives a credible complaint alleging intellectual property infringement or other unlawful content, we may investigate the matter and, where appropriate, remove, restrict, or disable access to the reported content while the matter is reviewed.
Repeat Violations: Users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights or platform policies may have their content removed, platform access restricted, rewards withheld where applicable, or their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.
Counter-Notification: Where appropriate, users whose content has been restricted or removed may be given an opportunity to submit additional information or evidence supporting their rights to the content, subject to applicable laws and platform procedures.
Legal Compliance: AWBM reserves the right to cooperate with lawful requests from courts, regulatory authorities, or government agencies concerning alleged intellectual property infringement or related legal matters.

Innovation Protection & Intellectual Property Policy

Ownership of Intellectual Property: Innovators retain ownership of the intellectual property they lawfully own and submit to AWBM. Users must ensure they have the legal right to publish any innovation, project, document, image, video, prototype, design, software, or other content uploaded to the platform.
Platform License: By publishing content on AWBM, innovators grant Anyworks Global Private Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, promote, index, and distribute such content solely for operating, marketing, and improving the AWBM platform. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property remains with the rightful owner.
Confidential Information: Innovators should avoid publicly disclosing confidential information, trade secrets, source code, proprietary algorithms, manufacturing processes, or other sensitive information unless they choose to do so. AWBM provides visibility tools but cannot guarantee complete confidentiality of publicly shared content.
Private Sharing: Where supported by the platform, confidential documents, technical information, or project materials may be shared through controlled access features, private workspaces, or confidentiality agreements accepted by the participating parties.
Non-Disclosure Agreements: AWBM may provide NDA templates, digital agreement workflows, or confidentiality features for eligible interactions. Unless expressly agreed by the participating parties, AWBM does not automatically impose confidentiality obligations on users.
Respect for Intellectual Property: Users shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, misuse, or commercially exploit another user's intellectual property without appropriate authorization or applicable legal rights.
Commercial Negotiations: Licensing, investment, acquisition, manufacturing, commercialization, revenue sharing, equity participation, or other commercial arrangements remain the responsibility of the participating parties unless AWBM is expressly identified as a contracting party.
Reporting Infringement: Users who believe their intellectual property rights have been infringed may submit a detailed complaint through AWBM's official support channels. AWBM reserves the right to investigate and remove content where appropriate.
No Legal Advice: AWBM does not provide legal, patent, trademark, copyright, or intellectual property advisory services. Users are encouraged to obtain independent professional advice before publicly disclosing valuable innovations or entering commercial agreements.

Investor Engagement & Funding Policy

Platform Role: AWBM serves as a technology platform that facilitates discovery, communication, collaboration, meetings, and potential funding opportunities between innovators, startups, businesses, institutions, and investors. AWBM is not a registered investment advisor, broker, merchant banker, portfolio manager, or financial institution.
Investor Due Diligence: Investors are solely responsible for conducting their own commercial, legal, financial, technical, and intellectual property due diligence before making any investment, funding commitment, acquisition, partnership, or business decision.
Meeting & Connection Services: Where enabled, investors may use platform features such as connection requests, meeting credits, paid consultations, virtual sessions, or other engagement services. The applicable terms, pricing, validity, and restoration rules will be displayed at the time of purchase or booking.
Funding & Milestone Management: AWBM may provide milestone planning, payment scheduling, escrow facilities, funding management, or related transaction services for eligible projects. The applicable commercial terms shall be agreed between the participating parties and governed by the relevant transaction agreement.
Platform Fees: AWBM may charge service fees, platform commissions, transaction fees, escrow management charges, payment gateway fees, or other applicable charges for services provided through the platform. Applicable fees will be disclosed before confirmation of the relevant transaction.
No Investment Guarantee: Listing a project, startup, innovation, or business opportunity on AWBM does not constitute a public securities offering, investment solicitation, or guarantee of funding, commercial success, profitability, or financial returns.
Independent Agreements: Any investment, acquisition, licensing, joint venture, partnership, or commercial agreement entered into between users remains solely the responsibility of the participating parties unless AWBM is expressly identified as a contracting party.
Dispute Assistance: Where payment protection or milestone management services are provided, AWBM may assist in reviewing supporting documentation to facilitate platform administration. Such assistance shall not constitute arbitration, legal advice, or a judicial determination.
Regulatory Compliance: Users participating in investment or funding activities are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, taxation requirements, foreign exchange rules, securities laws, and contractual obligations in their respective jurisdictions.

Ambassador, Affiliate & Referral Policy

Guidelines governing participation in AWBM partnership and referral programs.

Independent Participation: Ambassadors, affiliates, referral partners, institutional representatives, and other promotional partners participate independently and are not employees, agents, or legal representatives of Anyworks Global Private Limited unless expressly agreed in writing.
Eligibility: Participation in any ambassador or affiliate program is subject to eligibility requirements, approval by AWBM where applicable, and continued compliance with platform policies.
Referral Attribution: Eligible referrals, registrations, partnerships, institutional collaborations, business activities, or other qualifying actions are tracked using approved referral mechanisms such as referral links, invitation codes, QR codes, campaign identifiers, or other tracking methods provided by AWBM.
Reward Eligibility: Rewards, commissions, incentives, bonuses, or recognition are payable only after successful verification of the qualifying activity and compliance with the applicable program terms. Self-referrals, duplicate registrations, fake accounts, automated activity, or fraudulent referrals are not eligible.
Responsible Promotion: Participants must promote AWBM honestly and professionally. Misleading claims, false promises, impersonation, unauthorized use of Anyworks branding, spam, unsolicited communications, or activities that may damage the reputation of AWBM are strictly prohibited.
Brand Usage: The Anyworks and AWBM names, logos, trademarks, marketing materials, and other brand assets may only be used in accordance with official brand guidelines or with prior written authorization.
Verification & Payments: Rewards may require identity verification, compliance review, and completion of the applicable payout threshold before withdrawal or payment processing.
Program Changes: AWBM may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue ambassador programs, referral structures, commission rates, qualification criteria, or incentive models at any time.
Policy Violations: AWBM reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel rewards and suspend or terminate participation where fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or policy-violating activities are detected.

Payment Gateway & Transaction Terms

PAYMENT SECURITY

AWBM processes payments through authorized payment gateway providers. Anyworks Global Private Limited does not store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, internet banking passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials.

Payment Processing: Payments made on AWBM are processed through authorized third-party payment gateway providers using secure payment infrastructure.
Supported Payment Methods: AWBM may support UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, international payment methods, and other payment options made available through supported payment providers.
Transaction Currency: Unless otherwise specified, payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). International transactions may be subject to exchange rates, taxes, and charges determined by the payment provider or financial institution.
Milestone Payments: Where milestone-based projects or business engagements are enabled, payments may be divided into multiple milestones as mutually agreed between the participating parties. AWBM may provide milestone tracking and payment management features where applicable.
Escrow & Payment Protection: For eligible services, projects, or business transactions, AWBM may offer escrow, payment holding, or payment protection mechanisms. The applicable terms will be presented before such services are used.
Transaction Verification: AWBM may verify transactions, temporarily hold payments, or request additional information to prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, or resolve payment disputes.
Refunds & Reversals: Refunds, reversals, or payment adjustments shall be governed by AWBM's Refund & Cancellation Policy and may depend on the transaction type, milestone status, payment provider policies, and applicable laws.
Dispute Resolution: Where a dispute arises regarding milestone completion or payment obligations, AWBM may temporarily hold the disputed amount while conducting a review based on the evidence submitted by the participating parties. AWBM's decision shall be limited to platform administration and shall not constitute legal arbitration unless expressly agreed.
Fraud & Chargebacks: Fraudulent transactions, payment abuse, unauthorized payment methods, or abusive chargebacks may result in payment holds, account suspension, recovery proceedings, and reporting to the relevant financial or legal authorities where appropriate.
Policy Updates: AWBM may introduce, modify, or discontinue payment methods, escrow services, milestone functionality, transaction limits, or payment procedures as the platform evolves.

AWBM User Guidelines

Professional Conduct: Users are expected to maintain respectful, ethical, and professional behavior while interacting with other members, organizations, investors, startups, businesses, educational institutions, and platform administrators.
Independent Participation: Participation on AWBM does not create an employer-employee, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint venture relationship between users and Anyworks Global Private Limited. Users operate independently and are solely responsible for their activities.
Accurate Information: Users must provide truthful, current, and complete information in their profiles, business pages, innovations, projects, job postings, investment opportunities, and other platform submissions.
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities performed through their account. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported immediately.
Respect Intellectual Property: Users should only upload content, innovations, documents, images, videos, trademarks, or other materials that they own or are legally authorized to use.
Responsible Promotion: Users may promote their innovations, businesses, projects, products, services, or opportunities responsibly. Spam, mass unsolicited messaging, misleading promotions, fake engagement, or excessive self-promotion that disrupts the community is prohibited.
Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in fraud, impersonation, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, illegal activities, malware distribution, phishing, unauthorized data collection, platform manipulation, or any conduct that may harm other users or the platform.
Compliance with Laws: Users are responsible for ensuring that their activities on AWBM comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Reporting Violations: Users are encouraged to report content, accounts, or activities that violate these guidelines or applicable laws through AWBM's official support channels.
Enforcement: AWBM may remove content, restrict platform features, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or other applicable platform policies.

Payment Security & Fraud Prevention

SECURITY ADVISORY

AWBM and Anyworks Global Private Limited will never ask you to pay registration fees, activation charges, security deposits, or share your OTP, passwords, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credentials through phone calls, emails, messages, or social media. Always verify communications through our official channels before making any payment.

Secure Payments: Payments and withdrawals, where applicable, are processed using authorized payment partners and banking channels. Users should ensure that payment details provided are accurate and belong to them.
Data Protection: Banking and payment information is handled with appropriate security measures and is shared only with authorized payment processors, financial institutions, service providers, or government authorities where required by law or for payment processing.
Identity Verification: AWBM may require identity verification (including KYC where applicable) before processing withdrawals, high-value transactions, or when additional verification is necessary to prevent fraud.
Fraud Prevention: AWBM actively monitors suspicious activities including fake accounts, identity impersonation, reward abuse, invalid referrals, automated scripts, bots, duplicate accounts, artificial traffic generation, and other fraudulent behavior.
Account Restrictions: Accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activities may be suspended, restricted, terminated, or subjected to additional verification. Related devices, payment methods, or network identifiers may also be restricted where appropriate.
User Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and payment information. Any unauthorized activity should be reported to AWBM immediately.
Unauthorized Transactions: AWBM reserves the right to delay, reject, reverse, or investigate payments, withdrawals, rewards, or wallet credits that appear suspicious, violate platform policies, or are required to comply with applicable laws.
Reporting Fraud: Users are encouraged to report suspected scams, phishing attempts, fake representatives, or fraudulent activities through AWBM's official support channels for prompt investigation.

Earning Settlement Policy

Earning Sources: Earnings may be generated through eligible AWBM programs, including rewards, referrals, campaigns, business activities, approved partnerships, platform incentives, commissions, or other earning opportunities introduced by AWBM from time to time.
Verification: All earnings are subject to verification. AWBM may validate user activity, referrals, submissions, traffic quality, business interactions, and compliance with platform policies before approving any earnings.
Pending & Cleared Balance: Earnings may initially appear as pending until the applicable verification, approval, or settlement period is completed. Only cleared earnings become eligible for withdrawal.
Minimum Withdrawal: Users may request a withdrawal only after reaching the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed on the platform. AWBM reserves the right to revise this threshold with prior platform updates.
Settlement Review: Withdrawal requests may undergo manual or automated verification before approval. Processing timelines may vary depending on verification requirements, payment method, compliance checks, banking holidays, or technical factors.
Adjustments & Deductions: AWBM reserves the right to reverse, adjust, or deduct earnings resulting from duplicate activity, invalid traffic, policy violations, fraudulent behavior, system errors, cancelled transactions, or any activity that does not comply with platform rules.
Tax & Compliance: Users are responsible for complying with applicable tax laws and providing any information required for payment processing or regulatory compliance.
Payment Methods: Approved withdrawals will be processed using payment methods supported by AWBM at the time of withdrawal. Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment details are accurate and up to date.
Right to Suspend Payments: AWBM may temporarily hold or reject a withdrawal request if additional verification is required, suspicious activity is detected, legal obligations apply, or platform policies have been violated.
Policy Updates: AWBM may modify earning programs, settlement timelines, withdrawal limits, eligibility criteria, and payment policies to ensure platform sustainability and regulatory compliance.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These policies and all platform activities are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, where Anyworks Global Private Limited is registered.
Platform Role: AWBM is a digital business ecosystem that facilitates networking, collaboration, showcasing of innovations, business opportunities, and communication between members. AWBM does not guarantee funding, investments, business partnerships, employment, sales, or commercial success.
User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and authenticity of the information, projects, products, innovations, and business opportunities they publish on the platform.
Intellectual Property: Users retain ownership of the intellectual property they submit. By publishing content on AWBM, users grant AWBM a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and market such content across its digital platforms unless otherwise requested.
Rewards & Incentives: Any reward, incentive, wallet balance, bonus, referral benefit, or promotional offer may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at AWBM's discretion to maintain platform sustainability, prevent misuse, or comply with legal requirements.
Service Availability: While reasonable efforts are made to maintain uninterrupted services, AWBM shall not be liable for temporary outages, technical failures, cyber incidents, data loss, third-party service interruptions, or events beyond its reasonable control.
Account Suspension: AWBM reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account found engaging in fraudulent activities, misleading information, policy violations, abuse of platform features, or any activity deemed harmful to the ecosystem.
