• Professional Sharing: Marketing of prototypes must be done in professional or industrial circles; spamming is grounds for immediate account suspension.

Payment Security & Fraud

• Data Privacy: We strictly do not share user banking or account details with external third parties.
• KYC Verification: Payouts are restricted to bank accounts or UPI IDs that precisely match the registered user's legal identity.
• Anti-Farming: Any use of automated scripts, bots, or multiple accounts per device to farm rewards will lead to permanent IP bans.

Earning Settlement Policy

• Calculation Basis: Payouts are finalized based on unique, verified industrial reach and validated project submissions.
• Withdrawal Threshold: A minimum cleared balance of ₹500.00 is required to initiate a payout request.
• Mandatory Audit: Every withdrawal request is subject to a 72-hour manual audit to ensure traffic quality.
• Deduction Clause: Low-quality or duplicate traffic identified during the audit will be removed from the final settlement.

Legal Compliance & Terms

• Jurisdiction: All platform activities are governed by the laws applicable to Anyworks Global Private Limited, Indore.
• Service Limitation: Anyworks is not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or unexpected changes in reward rates.
• Right to Modify: AWBM reserves the absolute right to update or terminate the rewards program to ensure economic sustainability.
• Severability: If any part of this policy is deemed unenforceable, the remaining sections shall remain in full effect.
